Suzan Boden is a longtime Sioux City, Iowa resident.  She is a graduate of Iowa State University (B.S. 1977) and the University of South Dakota (J.D.  1987).  SuzanBoden is also a graduate of Mercy Hospital, Des Moines , Iowa,  School  of Medical Technology (Medical Technologist 1977) and registered member of the  American Society of Clinical Pathologists Board of Registry.  Suzan entered private practice in 1987, after working for several years in a hospital and medical clinic as a medical technologist (laboratory scientist) in the chemistry and microbiology departments.   She is admitted to practice law in Iowa and South Dakota State and Federal Courts and the United States Court of Appeals – Eight Circuit.  She handles litigation involving workers’ compensation and personal injury for claimants/plaintiffs, adoption and juvenile law.  In 2008, she received Certificate of Recognition from Iowa Governor, Chester J. Culver, for outstanding service to the Iowa Department of Transportation Commission.
