Born May 19, 1970 in Grand Island, Nebraska, Mr. Ross is a magna cum laude graduate of Doane College (B.S., 1992).  Ross attended Willamette Law School (J.D. 1995) where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Environmental Resources Board.  During law school, Ross held legal clerkships during each of his three years of legal education, first in private practice, second with the City of Salem, OR, City Attorney’s Office, and finally with the Oregon Attorney General’s office.

Immediately upon his graduation from law school in 1995, Mr. Ross was hired as general counsel for a gaming company that owned or managed several riverboat and land based casinos in the Midwest.  In 1998, Ross entered private practice with Vriezelaar, Tigges, Edgington, Bottaro, Boden & Ross, L.L.P firm as an associate and became a partner in 2002.
